Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 October 2026

Postify is run by Rido Enterprises. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website postify.live and the Postify browser extension, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Your mobile number, and your 4-digit sign-in PIN stored only as a one-way hash. A one-time SMS code confirms the number the first time, or if you forget your PIN.
  • Your Facebook name, user ID and (if you allow it) email, from Facebook Login.
  • A list of the Facebook Pages you manage and an access token for them, so we can publish the posts you schedule. If an Instagram Business or Creator account is linked to one of those Pages, its ID and username, so we can publish to it.
  • If you connect LinkedIn: your LinkedIn name, member ID and an access token (valid about 60 days), used only to publish the posts you choose to your LinkedIn profile.
  • The posts you write, and the photos and videos you upload for them.
  • The Facebook groups you save (name and link), and which posts you have marked as posted.
  • Payment records from Razorpay (order and payment IDs, plan, amount). We never see or store card or UPI details.

How we use it

  • To publish your scheduled posts to your Pages, Instagram and LinkedIn, and to prepare your group posts in the extension.
  • To run your plan, and to keep payment records.
  • We do not sell your data, show ads, or share it with anyone except as needed to run the service (Meta, LinkedIn, Razorpay, our SMS provider, our hosting provider).

The browser extension

The extension reads the link, title and member count of the Facebook group tab you are on when you click Save group. When you open a Facebook group page yourself, it reads that group's member count and sends the group's link and count to Postify, which keeps it only if the group is in your saved list. It opens groups you have scheduled posts for and fills in the post box, and — when you click Import my groups — reads the list of groups you have joined. It only clicks Post for you if you turn on Auto-posting, and you can stop that at any time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website (pages viewed, rough location, device and browser). It uses cookies and doesn't receive your Facebook data, posts or groups. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account and all your data at any time — see Delete your data. Payment records are kept as required by law.
